At Catelia, your satisfaction and your cat’s well-being are our top priorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be new, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original complete packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Return Procedure

    Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Gifted or promotional items

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
