General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Catelia.store, a website operated by Catelia. By placing an order on our online store, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) without reservation before validating their payment.
1. Purpose
These GTCS govern the contractual relationship between Catelia and any person making a purchase via the Catelia.store website.

3. Products
The products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value. Minor differences may exist without engaging Catelia's liability.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included). Catelia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already validated.
5. Order
Any validated order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card through secure providers. The order is considered final only after payment validation.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery is free in Europe.
Catelia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Non-Delivery and Proof of Delivery
In the event of a claim for non-delivery, the customer must provide an official statement from the carrier confirming that the package was not delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.
Without this document from the carrier, no refund or reshipment request will be accepted.
The tracking information provided by the carrier is considered proof until proven otherwise.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned:

Complete and in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

10. Refund
Refunds are processed only after:

Receipt of the returned product

Verification of its compliant condition
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be granted in case of non-delivery without official proof from the carrier, in accordance with Article 8 of these GTCS.
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
Any customer agrees to contact Catelia's customer service before initiating any bank dispute or chargeback procedure.
Opening a dispute without first attempting an amicable resolution constitutes conduct contrary to these GTCS accepted at the time of the order.
In such cases, Catelia reserves the right to contest the dispute with the customer's bank by providing:

12. Warranty
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
13. Liability
Catelia cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products or use not in accordance with the recommendations.

The data collected is strictly necessary for order processing. Catelia undertakes never to sell or transfer this data to third parties.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Catelia.store website is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.
16. Applicable Law
These GTCS are subject to European law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritized before any legal action.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence.
