At Catelia, your satisfaction and your cat’s well-being are our top priorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be new, unused, and undamaged.
- The product must be returned in its original complete packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. - Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Gifted or promotional items
Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
